Experiment:Make Agarose Gels Electro-phoresis

Materials

• 1×TaE 200ml
• Agarose 2g
• Ethidium bromide　10µl

Procedure

1. Add and mixture above materials in an Erlenmeyer flask
2. Warm up them in a Microwave oven

• Insert　DNA
• Agarose Gel
• 10×Loading buffer 5μl

Procedure

1. Pour the Agarose gel in a box and make wells on it
2. Apply the 10×Loading buffer in the one of wells
3. Apply the Insert DNA in another well.

Consequence
We could see the bcsB.
