Main roles in iGem team: Researching into a kill switch so bacteria don't disrupt the structure of the crack once it has been repaired. I have done two research projects before and have lots of experience of working on teams of this size.
Hobbies: piano, running, listening to music (Bach, Chopin, Metallica)
Favourite quote: "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." (Albert Einstein).
Sub-Project - Modelling my idea of a linear DNA clock as an iGEM subproject which can be found here [1].
Currently studying Biomedical Sciences in Newcastle University as a second year student. I'm particularly interested in the different areas of science, but at the same time, I am open and willing to learn new things, and I believe that iGEM provides this great opportunity for me.
