Digestion
in 40μl total volume:
Reaction for one sample:

| Buffer | 4,0 μL |
| Restriction enzymes | 1 μL each (2x) |
| H2O | x μL |
| BSA (100x) | 0.4 μL |
| 40 μL |
Incubate for 2 hours at 37°C. Inactivate the restriction endonucleases by heat, incubation at 56 °C for 30 minutes and centrifuge shortly.
