- All experiments listed in this project were conducted under standard laboratory safety rules.
- In experiments where CO feeding was required, a sensitive electronic carbon monoxide sensor was used to detect CO in case of any leakage.
- Host organism and constructed DNA parts used in this project pose no risk to public health.
