Made new competent cells (as old one didnt work)
100 ml instead of 800 ml -> 3 tubes, 33 ml in each
7) 50 ml CaCl2, 17 ml in each, then 1 tube
10) 16/8 = 2. 2/3 (3 tubes) = 0,67 ml CaCl2
Aliquotes of 500 µl and 100 µl
