Assay Team

UPO 4, 5 and 11 were run in an agarose gel. UPO 4 and 5 were confirmed. Inocula of UPO 11 different candidates were set up.

Inocula of 13+3/3T5 different colonies were set up.

Transformation of 1+2+7+3 ligations in DHTα.

Ligation of UPO 12+2+16+3 (3A and SA).
