Plated both immotile strains (DFB22, DFB 201) and three inducibly motile strains (pDB28, pDB101, pDB102) all in null media, amicillin + IPTG, and chloramphenicol + arabinose for a total of 6 x 3 = 18 plates and stabs (including stabs).

The expected results are:
