Results of transformations

  • AraC-J13002 ligation --> 4 to 5 colonies
  • LacI-J13002 ligation --> 0 transformants

Will start overnight culture later today for AraC-J13002 ligation transformants.

J13002-LacI Ligation: remainder of DNA added for second attempt transformation of XL1B.
