Today, we learned the protocol which we will use for transforming competent cells with plasmids. The procedure can be found in our Lab Protocols section on our wiki. In the rest of the time, we continued to go through different papers that pertained to the projects that we entertained as possibilities. These papers were also used to attempt to develop other possible project ideas.
