The BLAST result depend on the BLAST parameters choosen. There is a lot of different parameters possible. The signification of the parameters are given in the [[Team:VT-ENSIMAG/Blast|blast]] page. As there is no specification on the guideline about the parameters to use, we use in the tests the default ones. But to characterize it, we also created two tests containing a different set of parameters than the default one.
