The BLAST result depend on the BLAST parameters choosen. There is a lot of different parameters possible. As there is no specification on the guideline about the parameters to use, we use in the tests the default ones. But to characterize it, we also created two tests containing a different set of parameters than the default one.

We used the mutated sequences to run those tests, and see how the final results are changed according to the set of parameters.
