Experiment:Make Agarose Gels Electro-phoresis

Materials

  • 1×TaE 200ml
  • Agarose 2g
  • Ethidium bromide 10µl

Procedure

  1. Add and mix above materials in an Erlenmeyer flask.
  2. Warm them in a Microwave oven.

  • Insert DNA
  • Agarose Gel
  • 10×Loading buffer 5μl

Procedure

  1. Pour the Agarose gel onto gel plate and make wells on it.
  2. Apply the 10×Loading buffer in the one of wells.
  3. Apply the Insert DNA in another well.

Consequence
We could see the bcsB.
