Week 10

Liquid cultures for a new western started (planned for tomorrow, with new antibodies and another machine). Preparing a positive control for the western blot (bacteria expressing a his-tag-protein).

Western Blot with Immunotoxin, p25, 028, positive and negative control. Did the blot at the Lemaitre lab with Onya. Blot done twice once with the Maerkl lab antibodies and once with Onya's antibodies.
