• Liquid cultures for a new western started (planned for tomorrow, with new antibodies and another machine). Preparing a positive control for the western blot (bacteria expressing a his-tag-protein).

• Western Blot started. Samples: Immunotoxin, p25, p28, positive and negative control. Did the blot at the Lemaitre lab with Onya. Blot done twice: once with the Maerkl lab antibodies and once with Onya's antibodies.
