Experiment:Make Agarose Gels Electro-phoresis

NEX and watachin

Materials

  • 1×TaE 200ml
  • Agarose 2g
  • Ethidium bromide 10µl

Procedure

  1. Add and mixture above materials in an Erlenmeyer flask
  2. Warm up them in a Microwave oven

  • Insert DNA
  • Agarose Gel
  • 10×Loading buffer 5μl

Procedure

  1. Pour the Agarose gel in a box and make dents on it
  2. Pour the 10×Loading buffer in the one of dents
  3. Pour the Insert DNA in another dent.

Consequence
We could see the bcsB.
