To better understand the inner workings of the Cholera quorum sensing system we produced a series of computational models to simulate the operation of Cholera. Based upon differential equations and solved computationally via the runge kutta method our models provide a comprehensive view of Cholera quorum sensing and bi-stable switching behaviour. To find out how we designed our models from the blackboard to the CPU check out our modelling pages .

Human practices shapes the future and the very being of all science. The purpose, effects and impact of science are set to change mankind's experience in a big way. To find out about the ethical and social issues we considered and how we see the future of synthetic biology and iGEM vist our human practices page .
