Phototaxis
progress report: Today we got the PFU protocol working. On top of that we got our cDNA home. But it seems we might not have got our primers ordered. So we are still waiting for DNA.

We have made miniprep on the cambridge part. When we pelleted the cells we saw how clearly they had changed color to orange. We are getting hold of some beta-carotene, so we can characterize the part in TOP 10 strain, since this hasn't been done yet.
