- Made carb. plates
- The transformations of the ligated parts worked. Everything but the negative controls had colonies.
- Transformed the ligated PalkB+GFP
- Performed titration of PyeaR+RFP with 0M, 10uM, 500uM, 10mM, and 100mM potassium nitrate, aluminum nitrate nonahydrate, and potassium nitrite
- Alkane sensor
- -ve control had colonies in it which is not a good sign.
- However still screened 26 colonied from the other plates and two from the -ve ctrl to see if in case anything is positive.
