It features a theater lamp with a Roscolux #22 Deep Amber red/infrared light filter ([http://www.amazon.com/Rosco-Laboratories-22-ROSCO-Roscolux-22/dp/B000XRCGDE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1287956720&sr=8-1 Amazon], [http://www.rosco.com/includes/filters/SED.asp?titleName=R22:%20Deep%20Amber&imageName=../../images/filters/roscolux/22.jpg Spectrum Data]). We placed this light on the bench top above a rudimentary stage. By varying the height of the lamp above the stage, we could vary the temperature and light intensity at the stage. In the image, the stage temperature was measured to be 42°C.
