What’s more, it is somehow better for us to sequence them in T-DNA first before we do the following experiments. It seems that the bands are faintly visible. We do the gel extraction and transform them into the E.coli DH5α competent cells. After the formation of visible colonies on the LB plate, we do colony PCR. The results are all negative, which is rather sorrowful. T_T
