Today, we began learning different techniques of cloning from papers in Second Life. We learned more about techniques like site-directed mutagenesis, transformation, and gel electrophoresis. After that, we explored the virtual labs and learned the details of PCR, Molecular Cloning, Bacterial Transformation, and Gel Electrophoresis. Second Life Study Day 4
