Anna - Collaborated with the Illinois Bioware team and modeled their bioremediation using COBRA. This will determine Arsenic update and growth rate change in the E. coli cells. We also worked on finalizing the Wiki and continuing our projects. Also started working on things the presentation portions of the project. Bobak - Finish integrating biobrick api (actually just from the fasta dump) for plasmid design. Began work on imptools pathway components from biobricks database. Working on presentation. Integrating BIGG database models for the active organisms (ATM, ecoli and s cerevisiae)
