Protein Expression Vectors
We created a selection of 20 new vectors. They offer different combinations of antibiotic resistance and promoters.
Software for the Registry
As the systems created by synthetic biologists get more complex, automation and computer-aided design will be needed. Computers will eventually play an important part in the design, construction, and testing of new devices. To meet the emerging needs of synthetic biology, the UW iGEM team has developed several software tools.
WikiDust is a TinkerCell plugin that exports wiki-friendly representations of network models.
PartsRobot is a script to submit batches of parts to the Registry from a spreadsheet.
