New cultures K12 were inocculated.
Alkane degradation
Limited number of colonies (15 in total) on yesterday's plates L2, L4, L5 and L6. A colony PCR was done on all colonies, resulting in 5 possible positives (L4.1, L4.4, L4.5, L5.1, L6.2). These were grown overnight.
