- Kristina digested PyeaR and one of the terminators, ran gel electrophoresis, and then gel purified them.
Image 1: This is again a 2-log DNA ladder and then PyeaR, correct
Image 2: This is the double terminator and then the 1 kb DNA ladder (The gel messed up which is why the ladder is hard to read, but the terminator is probably correct)
