The dish had 5 colonies, I inoculated these in 12 ml LB with 24 ul chloramphenocol resistance (50mg/ml). Inoculation of IgG protease
The dish had 5 colonies, I inoculated these in 12 ml LB with 24 ul chloramphenocol resistance (50mg/ml). When I know which colony is suitable I will miniprep it and send in to iGEM hq.
