Transforming competent cells
- eGFP Biobrick: BBa_I714891 SDY_eGFP (Kanamycin)
- TEV recogn N Degron SF3 = pDS7 (Ampicillin)
- TEV p14 recogn = 190-6 (Ampicillin)
