  * 1L Deionized Water

SOC Media (4 degrees Celsius)

  * Add the following per ml SOB:
      - 4ul MgCl2 Solution (100)
      - 8ul Glucose Solution (200)

Glucose Stock Solution (4 degrees Celsius)

  * 5g glucose
  * 10ml Deionized Water
