Program run using 9:1 FAST:HIFI blend with an extension time of 18 s and annealing temperature of 55 °C.
Gel Electrophoresis
Hao and Basia and Thai
pStr-1, pMec-7, pStr-1::1A2, pSra-10, pHsp-3
Used 0.7 g agarose in 100 mL TBE. Gel run for 60 mins at 100 V.
Gel Electrophoresis

pRab-7, pSip-1, pStr-1, pHsp-3
Used 0.4 g agarose in 60 mL TBE. Gel run for 40 mins at 110 V.
