2010 Proposal Summary

In the progressive spirit of iGEM, the 2010 UIUC Software Team is building a novel, web-based program to design a plasmid, which utilizes last year's project, IMPtools, to design the plasmid off of the planned metabolic process.

The 2010 UIUC Software Team project is a web-based program suite conceived to simplify large-scale metabolic engineering through bacterial plasmid design.

More to come later on the development of the project and wiki page.
