Pick 6 colonies each from PEM+K and PC+K plate. Amplify and purify the plasmids. Measure the concentration.

Module I, group 2c

Transform the ligation product into bacterial cells 12h after ligation. Spread about 100μl of the resulting solutions on LB plates (with 0.1% ampicillin).
