October 5
We finalized PCR experiment. We will submit PCR results on PCR results page.
October 10Our team was divided to 3 subteams, that Wiki team, Poster team, Presentation team respectively. Each teams prepared their works. Also we discussed with our antibody receptor chassis logic.
October 13Each teams introduced their schedule. And chassis logic was determined the yeast 2 hybrid system.
October 17Poster design was determined. Presentation concept was also determined. Wiki working was almost completed.
October 19We met with Prof.Lee. He advised that we should do experiment until the end. And Prof.Lee recommended Prof.Jeong to solve the problem with PCR. Prof.Jeong helped our experiment, and we did experiment to check our pREP42 vector. |
