TFA treatment

- Make sure samples a completely dried out. Add 1ml 99% extra pure TFA per max 50 mg of sample.
- Then vortex TFA with sample for 1 min
- Then spin down at 14000 rpm for 2 min
- Transfer supernatant to clean tube and blow off acid (2-6 hour) till no acid is remaining the sample.
