Overnight liquid culture
Materials required
- Universal tube
- Relevant antibiotics
- LB broth
- Relevant colonies
Procedures
- Transfer 5 ml of LB broth to a universal tube
- Pick a single colony and innoculate it
- Grow overnight in 37°C(E.coli, Bacillus subtilis at a lower temperature 20-30°C) with constant shaking
