Overnight liquid culture

Materials required

  1. Universal tube
  2. Relevant antibiotics
  3. LB broth
  4. Relevant colonies

Procedures

  1. Transfer 5 ml of LB broth to a universal tube
  2. Pick a single colony and innoculate it
  3. Grow overnight in 37°C(E.coli, Bacillus subtilis at a lower temperature 20-30°C) with constant shaking
