Modeling

For the modeling part we considered the three main parts:
  • the virus production
  • the infection of a target cell
  • the therapy

Model for Virus Production


Reaction Scheme

For the reaction scheme of the virus production we considered three compartments of the cell: the extracellular space (all quantities with the index ext), the cytoplasm (cyt) and th enucleus (nuc).
