Extraction of L3 (9 colonies) and 18 A
Digestion of :
- L3 (X+P)
- L2 (X+P) to compare with L3
- 18A by S+P
Gel electrophoresis of the 9 colony of L3 and L2 --> apparently no colony of L3 had been digested
Extraction and digestion with E of the 10th new clone of the 1F/24A ligation (26th july) :
the gel of verification is negative
The gel of verification of th 9th and 10th clones is also negative
We consider that the ligation 1F/24A from the 26th July didn't success
Transformation of the ligation 1F/24A from the 29th July
