Work schedule 20 July 2010

The concentration of BBa_k112808 obtained with the method previously worked on is too low.We turned to PCR for obtaining BBa_k112808.

The PCR products as well as the plasmid pET28a were then treated with NdeI/NcoI+XhoI.
