HSP PCRed Gel extracted Digestion
GFP Previously purified by gel extraction － Digestion
pSB1C3 Previously purified by gel extraction － Digestion
  • Electrophoresed HSP and the same time also did GFP electrophoresis
  • GFP band was very weak
  • After gel extraction electrophoresed both both HSP and GFP
  • Now both bands were too weak
  • Retry PCR next day
