Cloning

  • Western Blot started of C3-S-Immunotoxin to check if the Immunotoxin is expressed.

Drosophila

Cloning

  • Western Blot from yesterday finished. Observed one band which did NOT correspond to the right size. Furthermore the negative control failed! Reason not known. Maybe it is another protein with a His-tag which is present on the C3 plasmid.

  • Gwen made us a chocolate cake!! Yeah!

  • Western Blot from yesterday repeated. Same result as yesterday.
