Tony Nanodrop concentrations of pucBB NotI/BglII and DAS PCR product. Ligase free cloning of DAS pCR product and pucBB BglII/NotI. Second attempt at PCR in order to isolate AOX and CAT genes. Also digested DAS PCR fragment w/ BglII/NotI (fifteen microliter reaction).
