How to pay your iGEM 2010 team registration fees

COST:

Team participation in iGEM 2010, the International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition, participation in the iGEM Workshop, and the iGEM 2010 Jamboree, associated materials and support.
Team registration fee: $1,750.00 USD per team

TERMS:

Payment of $1750.00 team registration fee must be received by MIT Conference Services by March 31, 2010 at 11:59pm EDT. Payments after that time will increase $500.00 to a total of $2250.00 USD. All payments must be received on or before May 1, 2010.

REFUND POLICY:

In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team cancellations must be sent in writing to HQ at-sign igem.org prior to attendance at an iGEM Workshop. All refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2010 Team form at www.regonline.com/iGEM2010_team.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

After registering your team with iGEM on the team registration page HERE, you must complete the iGEM 2010 Team Payment form at www.regonline.com/iGEM2010_team. The following payment methods will be accepted: credit card, check, MIT account number and wire transfer. All team payments must be received on or before March 31, 2010, 11:59pm EDT.
