Module hydrogen

• We did the PCR of validation on all of our deletion candidates
• We continue the purification process for the deletion candidate
• We continue to try to obtain other deletion candidates
• The insertion of tdcE behind the RBS did not work. We try it again.

Module homologous recombination

• We did again minipreparations in order to exctrude the plasmid TOPO with the kan and cm resistance cassette

Module heavy metals detection

• The bacteria did not turn orange on the copper medium. We therefore decided to test separately the gene of the carotene and the copper sensitive promoter.

Other

• We tested by PCR our maxipreparations
