Transformation of BL21 RIL strain with MinC expression plasmids

pSB1A2-pT7-B0032-MinC and pSB1A2-pT7-B0034-MinC were transformed into BL21 RIL chemocompetent cells according to standard protocol. They were then plated on LA plates(+amp, +cm, +gluc)
