The 200 intervening sequence and 250 intervening sequence non flagged have pass because of an entry in the Genbank database which have an unconventional name for the select agent, and so not contained in the keyword list. The 150 intervening sequence flagged were flagged because the select agent hidden sequence was prolonged over 200 since the non select agent gene had some part of its sequence near of the one of the select agent. The percent identity of the extended sequence was so very low.
