Module Ⅱ, group 4

According to the known DNA sequence of OmpA and CBD, design the primer for the following Two-step PCR.

primer design：

OmpA

Upstream primer:     TCATCATATGAAAGCTACTAAACTGGTACTGG 
Downstream primer:   ACGCCAGTACCTGCAAGCTTTGAGCTCCCTCCTCCAGA

CBD

Upstream primer:      ggagggagctcaAAGCTTGCAGGTACTGGCGTCGTATC
Downstream primer:    ACTGCTCGAGAGTTGAACCGTAAGCAAGAGTTCC

NOTE：the downstream primer of OmpA and the upstream primer of CBD will be matching during the PCR, so the Two-step PCR can be realized.

Order the designed preimers.After getting the primer,Use the K-up and K-do to detect the P+K+C. Meanwhile use the digestion protocol to ensure the result.
