Repeated PCR of Chloramphenicol resistance gene.

Purified by gel recycle and ligated it into T vector.

Transformed and placed the bacteria on IPTG-X-gal petri plates.

Module I, Group 2c

Several clones are picked and cultured in 3ml LB with Amp. Incubate at 37 centidegree overnight.
