What do you need to make the alkanivore?

We needed 1 team with 3 supervisors and 9 students that make 10 pratical jokes and baked 11 cakes to make up. For a good group phere we went on 12 outings. To analyze the public opinion we held 16 interviews. To make 47 new BioBricks we used 178 liter LB medium. Then we started with the experiment by performing 256 ligation, 372 plasmids isolations and 1372 PCR reactions. Because the experimetns did not always went as expected we had 2128 sleepless nights. But the next day we travelled 11032 km to the lab with new energy. We pick our pipet up again and use 24877 pipet tips. In the end we made the BioBrick and sequened 3.5 x 106 basepairs. In the complete project we grew 1 x 1010 bacteria. To finance our project we needed ...... euro.
