Making glycerol stocks
Materials
- 1.5ml microcentrifuge tubes
- 2ml collection tube
- QIAquick columns
- Buffer PB
- Buffer EB
- Buffer PE
- DNA mixture from PCR
Protocol
- Inoculate 5ml THY Broth with a single colony and incubate, stationary at 37°C for 8 hours.
- 0.85ml
