Modellers: Write pieces about modelling for the wiki, do some more literature research and modelling. Joël, Laura, Djoke Start writing information standard Arend Find information about the killswitch system and write an introduction for the wiki about killswitches. Laura

Left Groningen for internship, so no more labwork, but mentally supported the rest of the team that contuinued.

Jorrit

Colonies visible with possible pNZ-CCH1 or pNZ-dCS. 8 Colonies were grown overnight in LB medium. The cultures were miniprepped and checked on gel. On gel neither of the products was visible and nanodrop revealed low concentrations in the miniprep.
