- The role of FIS in the Rcd checkpoint and stable maintenance of plasmid ColE1 ie good as the toggle control thingy

- Need to try and find a full copy of this paper, although it appears very little is known of the mechanism of Rcd, and thus we cannot really predict it's viability in Bacillus
